Jessica began her career in the Casino Industry in Southern California at Pechanga Resort and Casino in 2006. In 2010, she moved to Reno and was drawn to the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino's vibrant and energetic atmosphere, and decided to join the team as a Passport Rewards agent. Jessica excelled in leadership amongst her peers and understood the importance of strong team building. Jessica showed commitment in providing high-level customer service, and her friendly attitude and warm smile help to ensure all guests to feel welcome.
Jessica was presented with a position at the Western Village as the Passport Assistant Manager and shortly after, was given the opportunity to become an Executive Casino Host.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, loves a good cup of coffee, and above all appreciates moments shared with family.
