With a cheerful and optimistic personality, Jeanette entered the casino world in 2004 by joining the Food and Beverage department at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. A few years later, she pursued a position in VIP services, where she thrived in providing exceptional customer satisfaction. She later had the opportunity to explore the call center, where she continued to learn and expand her knowledge in all Peppermill properties. When Jeanette was presented with the opportunity to become a casino host at the Western Village, she knew she could not pass it up. She values the importance of building strong relationships with all guests and is passionate about making everyone feel comfortable.
Jeanette enjoys family time with her husband, son, and daughter, and they love traveling, hiking and movie nights. She is a complete food junkie, and won’t pass a good lunch date at any local restaurant. She is also fluent in Spanish.
